my biggest influences are the likes of skinny puppy, kmfdm, the knife, ohgr, skold, kmfdm, neon womb, stark, sonic mayhem, depeche mode, kraftwerk, aphex twin, pendulum, prodigy, hanzel und gretyl.

been listening to alot of daft punk of late, as well as kmfdms latest album & alot of the misfits, so some of that may shine through a little too in some way or another.

also been smoking alot of weed again lately for the first time in a few years which also may shine through :P
& drinking alot as usual.

"Here's one of my newest tracks, off of East Central Stairs. It contains samples the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode "The Desert" and the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Strange New Worlds." Both episodes have main characters tripping balls. I achieved the sampling process by recording the episodes on my DV-R, then replaying them through my old stereo and recording the samples I wanted on a cassette. Then I came over to my desk and played them on my old record player/cassette player stereo I have plugged into my computer, which I used to record and edit the samples for this song. Batrick's keyboard was also taken advantage of in the making of this track. Tripballs..."

"This third and final EP to Volume VII was recorded over the first few weeks of June. Imagine two paths leaving from a village through some woods. They now intersect again here at an abandoned hospital. Still using my brother's keyboard a little here, but in a completely different way than on Medium Tackle Box. Jake once again guests on a track, this time the first track. The second track is a Batrick's Spy Kit remix of a track from the previous EP. The third track features audio from a porn filmed in Bangkok and the fourth features samples from the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode "The Desert" and the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Strange New Worlds." Both episodes have main characters tripping balls. The final track was completely created by my daughter Lilith, who's five."

"This song was originally recorded during a 2C-E study a few years ago. That night, Batrick and I went out to the woods on 2C-E and I saw exactly what I describe in the song, which I recorded immediately after coming back inside from the woods. Along with the original come seven remixes by MAN3, Batrick, Magitek or Masterminded DJ. The second track was recorded the following night and stands as the post trip, musical reflection of the trip, whereas the first track is the direct audio product of the study itself. The third track also contains excerpts from one of Magitek's salvia studies. The final track is exactly what it says it is."
